There are reasons I liked BE, besides Pelosi. 1. The obvious shortage of conventional energy generation that's backlogged for years means Bloom will get years of sales they wouldn't have gotten before, and likely at a premium. 2. But many of the new sales will simply be because designers wouldn't choose to pursue newer alternatives (why take the risk) if they didn't have to. Mass adoption under duress now will normalize the product later. 3. The premium paid, combined with mass adoption, will inevitably lower unit cost, making future sales more attractive, even if energy becomes less constrained, but that doesn't appear to be likely for years.
