Many of these are exchange/ETF/institutional custody addresses (BlackRock's 760,000 tokens are among them), representing liquidity, not a diamond hand; ③ The settlement volume between Russia and Iran is extremely small relative to trading volume, a narrative, not buying pressure. These explain "why it won't drop drastically," not "why it will rise."
