@DefiIgnas oh yeah almost each project working wit Polymarket's data have big pain - API and data from them. In the end, teams are spending a lot of time just to normalize the data pipeline of PM instead of shipping real products and value to users

@DefiIgnas Polymarket has improved its engineering staff a lot over the course of the past year, which was severely lacking. I won't fade them.

@DefiIgnas Nine months without an L2 may be information, not just delay. 👀 A chain only matters if Polymarket needs custom dispute logic or can capture meaningful fees itself. I’d watch testnet activity, infra hires and contracts. Those signals beat $POLY airdrop speculation.

@DefiIgnas Polymarket is saying all kinds of things all the time. I believe they are well-intentioned, but from the inside it’s probably just a scrappy startup with 500 burning fires at a time. They need to focus, and Polygon PoS actually scaled well with demand.
