Palantir is a good reminder that AI value shows up in the workflow, not in token counts alone. The next test is repeatability. Can the same approach produce measurable outcomes across more customers without every deployment becoming a custom services project? A model can be copied. A system that changes how a company makes decisions is much harder to replace.
