تؤكد التطورات الأخيرة لوظائف القطاع الخاص حتى نهاية الربع الأول 2026، أن القطاع لا زال يحظى بمرونة كبيرة من حيث الاعتماد الأكبر على العمالة الوافدة! ما يتعين على واضعي برامج التوطين مزيداً من العمل تجاه تلك البرامج، بما يؤدي إلى تضييق تلك المرونة، وزيادة تشديدها باتجاه الاعتماد بدرجة أكبر على العمالة المواطنة، وزيادة تمكينها من سوق الوظائف في القطاع، وهو ما سبق التطرّق إليه بعديدٍ من المقترحات، لعل من أهمها كأولوية في المرحلة الراهنة، تدشين برنامج توطين للوظائف القيادية والتنفيذية، وهي الخطوة الرائدة التي بدأها فعلياً صندوق الاستثمارات العامة عبر الشركات المملوكة له!!
