4/ One of several loan contracts offered privately: 7.5%/month for 6 months. Borrower is a BVI shell, The Lab Management Ltd., signed by Vladimir (Vova) Sadkov as director. On default, repayment is in LAB (the native token) at "market price". Borrower address: 0xf09C19328C26088053a8c9CfB982427bafF2Bd0b Note: It's a draft contract from Q1 2026, but an unnamed source confirmed interest payments were made under similar terms.

5/ The borrower wallet from the LAB loan contract (0xf09c) is the same wallet used for public LAB buybacks. It's also tied onchain to 0x3185, a borrower address from a separate loan on Wildcat. Funds directly related to LAB have flowed to Vova's alleged personal exchange accounts. The same accounts received deposits tied to Eesee before LAB existed, linked to his ENS and NFT holdings. It's strange to see personal and business funds commingling like this. 6/ Various OTC & loan deals have been offered since January 2026. Mark (co-founder) openly solicited OTC buyers in a public Telegram group. Other individuals received a menu over WhatsApp: loans at 5%/month, OTC at 60% discount with 5-month cliff, guaranteed discount OTC at 25% recalculated monthly, and a 20% guaranteed discount tranche. Most recent: KOL Capital pitch at 80% discount, 50% unlocking Aug 14, 50% on Sep 15. Terms required KOLs to post multiple times in support before unlock or be blacklisted. These create hidden supply unlocks retail cannot see. As price has gone up, the OTC discounts have widened.

8/ 226M LAB (large % of float) was deposited to Bitget deposit addresses by insiders in March-April 2026. The deposits sat dormant until 100M LAB was withdrawn a few days ago, which received significant coverage on CT. An unknown MM operating via Chinese exchanges likely received supply and appears to be running a similar playbook to RIVER, RAVE, SIREN, MYX, SKYAI, etc. Majority of spot activity seems to originate on Bitget for these manipulated CEX tokens. Binance perps/Alpha and Gate are also used by these entities. 9/ It seems everyone has private info except retail. Team knows the unlocks, MM knows the positioning, OTC buyers know their cliffs. Retail only sees LAB price. Call to action for @bitgetglobal, @binance, @gate_io to freeze insider profits and redistribute them to users. Or delist and act earlier without waiting for public pressure. I put out a $10K bounty for intel earlier and have paid $1.5K so far out of my own pocket. Note: This is NOT a recommendation to short. With this much supply control, shorts potentially give insiders more fuel to manipulate the price higher. Last time I posted critique like this, 10+ Chinese KOLs replied with the same script: either paid, have allocation, or airdrop. I expect the same here.

They promised to distribute the remaining 60% six months later, which should have been this May. We still haven’t received anything, and we haven’t heard from either the team or Cookie as well. volume is all exchanges care about. OI and volume on $LAB has been massive. A 10x gain on spot within 30 days keeps traders betting, whether higher or lower, the OI and volume keeps churning. Zach exposed so much here. Now we know the OTC discounts and unlock schedules. Whether vesting schedules are word of mouth or within on chain contracts, the end result will be the same. The dump will come.

Update: LAB continues market manipulation on CEXs via MM up to $5.7B mkt cap ($14B FDV) at top 22 ranking. Disappointing to see exchanges allow it to continue as we all know how it ends when the hidden supply unlocks from OTC, private sale, airdrop, etc finally occur since insiders control nearly the entire float. Just is a question of whether the vesting terms are changed yet again by the team. Retail traders get baited in due to top CEX listings, trending lists, & high market caps which create the illusion of safety. As stated before I do not advise trading these types of tokens.
