@deepakshenoy If there can be haircuts on PG then thn it gets even more confusing for PG comes into play only after actual recovery of the secured underlying assets and personal liability can be be cemented after the primary assets resolution.thks can't move in reverse..

@deepakshenoy Also to be noted his promoter holding companies issued NCDs and shares were pledged. Those lenders invoked the share in 2019 and wiped out his net worth and he became insolvent. Before insolvency he didn't get any haircuts.

@deepakshenoy Generally, banks will have concurrent enforcement proceedings- against the borrowers and the guarantor. They won’t wait for the litigation against the company, which may run for years to wait and start proceedings against guarantor.
