You cannot realistically expect to compete with scale businesses in traditional finance like RH / IBKR / Schwab due to capitalization requirements, but you may have an edge in providing convenient access to new venues with maximal capital efficiency and best in class user experience. Vying for flow and fixing the fragmentation problem in crypto is the only chance you have at achieving scale. The future will not be social trading apps.
