the thing i keep coming back to across these three drops is that the list keeps growing. NASA, Fed, Senate, now Energy, DoJ, HHS, NIH. when the target list is this broad, it's not a heist, it's mapping my read: you don't break into seven unrelated agencies to steal one thing. you do it to understand how the whole machine connects, who talks to who, where the decisions actually flow. that's reconnaissance, not robbery and the part i'd sit with: "disrupted" means they were already inside, quietly, for a while before anyone announced it. the news isn't the break-in, it's the discovery. by the time you read about access like this, the interesting stuff already happened in the silence before the headline
