Upbit to List NCT/KRW Trading Pair According to an official announcement, South Korea’s largest crypto exchange, Upbit, will list the NCT/KRW trading pair, with trading scheduled to begin at 9:00 p.m. local time on Aug. 26. PolySwarm is a malware detection platform that uses crypto assets to power security scanning.

@WuBlockchain listing nct on upbit is fine but the real signal is whether they push nct/btc pair or just the won rail. won pairs don't move price, they're liquidity theater. if it's btc only then we're just watching korean retail discover something that already priced 6 months ago

Two lines from the notice that the summary drops. The 21:00 start is marked 예정 — scheduled, not fixed. The notice says outright that if sufficient liquidity isn't established after deposits open, the trading start can be postponed. And deposits are Ethereum network only. Anything sent over another network isn't supported — that's the line Upbit highlighted in red.
