We have not received any new sanctions notices (nor are we currently sanctioned by any government), and users have not reported any fund freezes associated with withdrawals made from Duel. People in the comments have asked you which service that screenshot is from and you've ignored them, so if you link the exact service, I can check it out. It's quite common for some AML services to mark online gambling itself as "high risk" such as AMLBot, one of the popular ones. I would also note that your takeaway from this seems to be encouraging people to convert their Duel withdrawals into XMR using a service you are affiliated with (Wagyu), which presents a self-explanatory conflict of interest and an incentive to exaggerate risks. If anything of note actually changes, such as us getting sanctioned or users reporting any sort of freezes or issues with withdrawals, we'll certainly update the community and let them know.

I can’t find any independent confirmation that Duel withdrawals are being universally frozen by CEXs. Your screenshot shows a risk rating, not an actual exchange freeze. Meanwhile, your own startup article (techflowpost.com/en-US/article…) literally says “I built wagyu.xyz” the same service you finish this post by recommending as the solution. Without third-party evidence, this reads a lot more like an ad for your own product than a verified warning.

That’s absolutely ridiculous. Unless a service has been sanctioned, there’s no categorical denylisting or freezing of funds across all other services (and even then, that only happens if a service cares about a sanctions designation). All CEXs don’t even use the same blockchain analytics, so they’re not all going to be flashing high-risk for withdrawals out of Duel. Even then, I’ve used all of the major blockchain analytics platforms and risk levels are configured to reflect the firm’s own risk tolerance; there’s absolutely no decree from on high (unless sanctioned) that some service be considered high risk.
