I think the reason for that speed is that the targets being chased change every day. Advantest and Murata Manufacturing, which were the biggest pullbacks on the Nikkei average yesterday, closed at -2.34% and -2.20% today. Instead, Furukawa Electric was down -13.69% and Kioxia Holdings was down -12.60%. Yesterday's main players are lighter today. I don't think it's because stop-loss orders are being cut too late, but rather because the targets are changing every day. 😌
