I disagree. Being educated doesn’t make deception cease to exist. If someone knowingly makes a false promise to get another person to hand over money, assets, work, access, etc., that’s not the other person being “uneducated.” That’s someone deliberately misleading them for their own benefit. And unfortunately, CT has plenty of that.
