@0xNairolf I really like this explain threads it makes things easy, keep them coming man
@0xNairolf But how is it worth more than? I mean basically its just so much worth because there are gor example Stocks in the Wallet. You you dont buy the NFT intself, you just buy a Wallet with Stocks. I dont know why I dont just buy Stocks Onchain
@0xNairolf really love how you explained erc-6551 so clearly without the jargon
@0xNairolf ERC 6551 lets NFTs hold assets, like a wallet Stonk Broker uses that cleverly
@0xNairolf nfts with their own wallet is wild, like giving a trading card its own bank account
@0xNairolf nfts owning their own wallet is such an underrated primitive. sell the nft, sell everything inside it
@0xNairolf ERC-6551 is one of those standards that quietly unlocks a whole new level of on-chain ownership.
@0xNairolf First time of knowing an nft can still owns its own smart wallet (ERC-6551) Thanks for putting this out there.
@0xNairolf basically instead of your wallet owning an nft, the nft gets its own wallet and can own things too
@0xNairolf This is a great thread bro, as much I enjoyed reading it, it's kinda scary too

"huh?" Think about a game character for example. Normally you would own: → character NFT → sword NFT → armor NFT → 1000 gold All separately in your wallet With ERC-6551, you own the character NFT that owns the sword, the armor and 1000 gold. Cool right? x.com/0xNairolf/status/2087102…
"ok give me a real use case" There is a shiny thing right now called StonkBrokers. Every StonkBroker is an NFT with its own ERC-6551 wallet and that wallet can actually hold tokenized stocks. x.com/0xNairolf/status/2087102…
"so my jpeg starts stacking stocks" Somewhat yes. Imagine Broker #420 over time ends up holding $800 of NVDA and $300 AAPL in its own wallet. You sell it? Well, the portfolio stays with it so the new owner controls both the NFT + the stocks. x.com/0xNairolf/status/2087102…
"tldr bro" ERC-6551 makes NFTs capable of owning assets themselves. So instead of an NFT just being an asset sitting in your wallet, it can become its own little onchain entity with assets, inventory and history attached to it. 🫶 x.com/0xNairolf/status/2087102…
