If the person bought it in the first place in Coinbase, why asking for EU security checks. He removed it all out of emergency from coldcard. Is he supposed to buy the amount requested send it to the coldcard and then back to Coinbase? I am not against self custody but on this situation where u don't know what to do, only got a coldcard and you are scared (probably not trusting mobile wallets at that point) you move it all to some exchange that u bought on the first place.
