This is 100% true. The coldcard story is basically a Bible story. If you take a leadership position in a movement like this, it comes with a lot of responsibility. If your god becomes bitcoin, you will become your own god in serving bitcoin, and so will your followers

The “Bitcoin religion” got out of control if you personally fear-mongered people into using Bitcoin-only products for vanity & clout called them a “shitcoiner” for owning other assets including real estate or made Bitcoin your savior over God, there’s blood on your hands.
