@wublockchain12 The Clarity Act's delayed birth might not be a bad thing: the SEC/CFTC used Project Crypto to directly enact regulations, much faster than Congress. Those involved in compliant assets are never afraid of strict regulation, but of a lack of rules—only when token classifications and self-custody boundaries are defined will institutional funds dare to truly enter the market. Moreover, Bernstein's statement that "regulation will still support RWA tokenization" is the key point.
