The malignant narcissist (the likes the world has never seen) genuinely believes he is the most powerful man who has ever lived. Meanwhile American families suffer from skyrocketing gas, grocery, healthcare insurance premiums, rent and utilities -- all while Trump says he doesn't "care about affordably" and calls it a “hoax.” This is a man who cannot admit a single thing has gone wrong — and will keep generating the next false victory to protect the illusion that he is the greatest and most powerful human being in world history.
