@andyz8818576155 The MOU in June was already the best solution. The US was dissatisfied and kept provoking the Oman shipping lanes, which led to the agreement being torn up. I wonder what better thing they can come up with than the MOU this time.

@andyz8818576155 中國人確實只能看見收點小錢過路費。這場戰爭意義比過路費大一萬倍不止。
