@wquguru The evaluation criteria have been upgraded from "can write code" to "can build complex AI systems". A while ago, a colleague left the company and looked for a job for two weeks. There were still quite a few positions related to the implementation of complex business agents, and the salary did not decrease significantly. On the contrary, there was a good increase.
