You cannot continue to hide behind customer service and PR teams, pretending to be deaf and dumb. While you promote "safety, trust, and user-first," you allow visibly fake information to pass verification; while promising "100% compensation for platform responsibility," you insinuate users about "honey traps" and "embezzlement" without any evidence. This is not responsible crisis management, but a shameless attempt to shift blame to the victimized users. If this PR content was not authorized by you, please immediately correct it and issue a public apology; if you authorized its release, then please stop hiding and personally step forward to take responsibility for the platform's verification loopholes, PR misconduct, and user losses. Han Lin, as a business owner, you can't just talk about safety, trust, and responsibility in platform promotions and industry events; when something actually goes wrong, you let your PR team confuse the public and attack the affected users. Submit the fake information to an authoritative body for verification, hand over the complete evidence to the police, and clearly explain the platform's responsibility. Stop putting on a show, and stop treating global users like fools.
