Agree on the diagnosis. The prototype-to-production gap is exactly where America keeps losing. $50B is directionally right. Structure matters more than size though. If this becomes another slow, political, compliance-heavy vehicle — it will get destroyed by China’s speed and ruthlessness of capital deployment. Execution > capital size.
