Everyone Is Hunting Cheap YES Bets. The Better Trade May Be NO. A good project can still be a terrible bet if Polymarket overprices its launch probability or FDV. These are my best NO bets: 1. Perena NO >$300M at ~70¢ - fair around 97%. 2. Dreamcash NO >$100M at ~54¢ - fair around 80%. 3. Probable NO >$100M at 80.4¢ - fair around 98%. 4. Puffpaw NO >$100M at ~60¢ - fair around 75%. 5. Variational NO >$1B at 61¢ - fair around 75%. 6. Ventuals NO >$100M at ~94.8¢ - fair around 99%. Probable is the cleanest one. It was acquired by Predictfun, making a separate token extremely unlikely. Ventuals is already winding down. Perena has around $8M in TVL and only $3M in funding. Dreamcash has a good frontend, but not enough moat for a $100M+ launch. Good product ≠ good bet. Prices are from July 21. Check the order books before entering.
Polymarket Is Mispricing Crypto Token Launches. The main mistake is not the expected FDV. It is the probability of a TGE before the deadline. I reviewed 58 active FDV markets. These are my best YES bets: 1. Arc >$800M YES at 43¢ - fair around 85%. 2. Aligned >$200M YES at 45¢ - fair around 82%. 3. Ink >$100M YES at 41¢ - fair around 78%. 4. StandX >$400M YES at 25¢ - fair around 58%. 5. Felix >$50M YES at 10¢ - fair around 40%. 6. Hyperbeat >$50M YES at 10¢ - fair around 40%. 7. MetaMask >$1B YES at 7¢ - fair around 25%. The riskier option is >$2B at 4.1¢. 8. Ostium >$300M YES at 8¢ - fair around 28%. 9. HUDL >$10M YES at 12¢ - fair around 60%, but liquidity is low. 10. OpenSea >$100M YES at around 20¢ - fair around 39%. Arc looks like the cleanest bet. Circle sold $222M of ARC at a $3B FDV and already published the token whitepaper. For >$800M YES to lose, ARC must either not launch before the end of 2027 or open more than 70% below its presale valuation. The market prices that risk at 53%. Prices are from July 21. Use limit orders - a few cents can completely change the EV. Next: the best NO bets.
