Projects that could become the main permissionless deployers on HIP-4. 1. @Outcomexyz looks like the strongest specialized candidate. They were early to HIP-4, already built a dedicated outcome market frontend, and reached ~$36M in total volume only ~3 months after launch. More importantly, they already staked 500,000 HYPE to become a permissionless deployer. They had traction even before deploying their own markets, which makes them one of the most interesting HIP-4-native players. 2. @StratiumX is another early specialized frontend. Smaller than Outcome for now, but still positioned around HIP-4 from the beginning. If they find a clear niche — more institutional, more specific events, or cleaner market curation — they can still take a meaningful part of the market. 3. @tradexyz is the obvious one. They are the clear leader on HIP-3 and already have HIP-4 integrated in the product. The question is whether they become an active deployer or stay the strongest frontend for other deployers’ markets. If they bring the same execution to HIP-4 as they did to HIP-3, they can quickly become a main player. 4. @BasedOneX is the universal terminal angle. They already support HIP-4 outcomes and have strong distribution through their Hyperliquid terminal and mobile app. If they only stay a frontend, it still matters. But if they start deploying their own outcome markets, their existing user base could help them scale volumes fast. HIP-4 is becoming a new competition layer on Hyperliquid.
