both baba and tencent are core assets for those that want to be long China tech. baba has a pretty clean “ai cloud rerating” story but it also has negative FCF and a quick-commerce subsidy fight BUT does has a large reported stake in moonshot (parent co of kimi). tencent (parent co of wechat) has ai optionality too but the core biz already generates a ton of cash
