The role system is all about creating value as a creator and not just staying active for roles. > now, to get roles to stay positioned, stay and walk with me There a 3 paths (guilds) you contribute with, each paths has 3 ranks each to attain the highest : 𝟭- 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁. They are special selected and trusted people in key decisions. They do the voting when each path lead submits portfolios for promotion. There is one representative from each region and they all vote.
