Dust is settling now. Until now, due to exchanges, FDV sustained at 120M$ FDV. Once the announcement stopped & every major CeX has listed BASED, it has started falling & is now at 85M$ FDV That's 30% fall already & many more to come. Dust is not settled yet, we are still in process of settling it.
