We have removed access to these tools and will continue to investigate and hold the offending parties responsible. This does not represent us as a team, we have always tried to put the user first. This is not normal. Internal access is indeed available for customer support, but it must be closely monitored, recorded, and only used when absolutely necessary to assist the user. If it's misused to snoop on wallets at will, it's a serious privacy violation and a breach of trust. Therefore, Axiom immediately revoked access and is investigating.

Tidak normal. Akses internal memang ada buat support customer, tapi harus diawasi ketat, dicatat, dan cuma dipakai kalau benar-benar perlu bantu user. Kalau disalahgunakan buat ngintip wallet seenaknya, itu pelanggaran privasi serius dan rusak kepercayaan. Makanya Axiom langsung cabut akses & selidiki.
