In short, this means they won't make a large short-term investment, shake the company to force it to release its capital, and then sell off when the stock price rises. I've always thought this kind of approach is really disrespectful to employees, and if they're going to do that, they should at least increase their salaries first. The ideal is for managers to be shareholders for the long term, like Warren Buffett, which leads to an increase in market capitalization.

要するに、短期で大量保有出して、揺すって資本吐き出させて株価騰がって売り抜けることはしませんってことでしょう。私は以前からこういうやり方は従業員にとって本当に失礼であると思うし、それするならまずは給料を増やしてあげてくださいと思う。バフェットさんのように長期間経営者＝株主→時価総額増が理想
