Yes I know that but that’s just rediculous, if a 10% drop causes so much liquidation that it cascade drops down to 80% then there are way way to many people using leverage. Had to be the easiest short of all time, some of these coins only had a billion market cap so it would probably only take a few million in sell off to trigger stop losses and hit margin. If someone saw that they were literally able to just print money. It’s just objectively stupid to use and margin multiple at all. Even 50% margin is risky.
