I made a weekly auction where anyone can become "King of Miami"

Solo project. Every city has an empty crown, anyone can bid starting at one buck, the board ranks top bids, and Saturday the auction closes and the winner holds the title for the week. Miami is the first city live. Honest thoughts welcome, especially whether the idea is clear in a few seconds.
