Is anyone serving a niche Saas market? Or know one?

I come from a software development agency where we built a learning platform for a niche travel industry. It was basically an LMS platform for tourism organizations that creates courses for travel agents to learn and sell destination better. Its such a niche market, noone's heard of. But there's so much money to be made. Is anyone building for a market like that? Or do you know a market? Or you know where to find information like this? If you are building and need software engineering help, I'd love to help.
