Has anyone been to these and enjoyed it or benefitted from it? (I will not promote)

I got an invite from House of CFO x CTO Summit & Awards today. I keep getting these invites and have been to a couple. Both of the times I end up being hounded by people trying to sell their products. Looking to hear from people who frequent such events and conferences. I know that you can pay a fee to get awarded at these events and it helps with PR(I'm not sure though), but if I just wanted to attend is there value?
