I'd just move to 20x, less messing around switching between accounts and you'll get much more for your money. I moved from 5x to 20x and it's now almost impossible to hit limits.

No, dual accounts don't get you banned. Source: I have been using 2\~3 accounts together from same IP and machines for months and no issues so far. Switching accounts is annoying tho so I would go with max20 and only get more accounts if I need more
