u/RenderSlaver 5 hours ago How Do I?

You have to start a remote business with nothing but a pc and an internet connection . What do you do?

You have to start a remote business with nothing but a pc and an internet connection and yourself. What business would you start and why. All your bills and expenditure are already paid up for a decade so you can focus on the business. **Rules** * Remote only - no in face meetings. * You can have a high end PC or Mac of your choice. * You have to make as much money as you can in 10 years * Has to be a new business, can't continue one you already have. * Clients or business can be anywhere in the world but you work remotely from home. What would you do?

I’d go straight into a one-person design studio, but not the “logo for $50” kind. more like branding subscriptions for startups, flat monthly fee, unlimited requests, 2-day turnaround. build a waitlist first on twitter or indie forums, then start charging once you’ve got like 10-15 people begging for a spot the angle is speed and reliability, not artistic genius. most small companies just need someone who won’t flake and delivers fast. you can pull in 8-10k/month easy if you cap at 15 clients and keep the process stupidly simple spend the first three months just posting work-in-progress stuff publicly, dming founders who complain about their designer, and being ridiculously reachable. that’s the whole moat, being the person who actually replies

I'd start a farm to table gig - drop shipping but with crops.

I would go live in twitch/youtube, stream the progress of starting a new company with a goal and brain storm about it live. Then create content of the live stream, long form/shorts. Depending on the business install claude code/cowork.

Livestream asking people for money. Go to festivals. Develop a brand. Give a sticker to people who give you money. People will line up to give you money!

Livestream safe boxing matches featuring one Democrat and one Republican.
