22 days since I submitted my app update and Apple still hasn’t approved it. What the hell? 😓

I submitted our app update on Sep 20. It got rejected on Sep 23 because I didn’t mention a feature in the review notes, even though it was already shown in the screenshots. Fine. I updated it immediately and responded to the team. Resubmitted within 13 minutes. Today is Oct 12 and we are still here. It has been “In Review” since Oct 1. This has already cost us so much as a small business. Customers are expecting the update. Seriously, what are they reviewing for this long? Has anyone else experienced this? How did you get them to respond?
