Looking for feedback survey SaaS where can send to our users via FB Messenger

We have a CRM that operates via FB messenger. So users are connected to us via it. We would like to ask them if they had issues or something or survey if they enjoyed the onboarding experience. What is the best SaaS for this? It would be an automatic thing we can operate and send to users (automatically) when they use the platform or have been inactive for aw hile.

fb messenger is tricky for surveys, most tools focus on email or in-app popups. you might need to build a simple bot flow yourself with the messenger api, or find something that supports manychat-style automations but with actual survey logic.
