A trading tool for beginners

NOTE: Just wanted to share a tool I built and use myself to filter trades. Mainly looking for feedback from anyone who's dealt with similar issues when they first started trading About 2 years ago, when I was learning to trade, I was trying pretty much every strategy I could find. And for some reason, thinking I was a genius, I jumped straight into live trading, which ended in me watching my portfolio collapse After that, I went back to paper trading while learning ML and algo trading, and eventually started building something I wish I'd had when I first started It's not a bot that picks stocks or strategies for you. Instead, it helps you evaluate trades you're already considering Basically, you enter a ticker, choose BUY, SELL, or NONE, and get two things, the trade filter that scores your trade from 0–100 based on how favorable the setup looks and the market timer that gives a WAIT or EXECUTE verdict based on current entry timing One thing that always frustrated me about trading tools was how many just spit out tickers or without explanation. With this tool, however, you keep the autonomy. It doesn't replace you as the trader, and you still need to find your own strategies. It just helps you evaluate your trades and provides reasoning and chart analysis explaining why a trade might or might not be worth taking Obviously, it's not perfect, and I'm not claiming it's some magic money printer. It's just something I wish I'd had when I started trading You can try it here: https://sentinelscores.com It's completely free, and you can use a guest account. If anyone wants to run a few trades through it and share what works, what doesn't, or what you'd want added, I'd really appreciate it Thanks, and happy to answer questions!

the market timer part is interesting, most tools just give you a score and call it a day without factoring in timing at all curious how it handles choppy sideways days where everything looks like noise

That’s actually one of the things I tried to design for specifically. When conditions are choppy and there’s no clear signal, the model tends to score low and suggests to wait rather than forcing a read. It won’t pretend there’s a setup when there isn’t one
