Micro SaaS folks: does your AI context doc ever get pruned, or does it just grow?

For people running a micro SaaS with AI doing a chunk of the work (support replies, marketing copy, code): most of you seem to keep some kind of context doc you paste in or attach. Product, pricing, tone, customers, what's been tried. Someone in r/Solopreneur said theirs is six pages, and one page is about a client they stopped working with in 2023. They never cut it because "it feels like deleting a person". That stuck with me. - Does yours ever get pruned, or only added to? - Have you caught the AI using something stale from it, like old pricing or a feature you killed? - Do you keep one doc for every tool, or different versions for ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor? Background: I used to burn hours re-briefing AI tools, and I'm building a fix where context lives in the cloud and every tool reads the same memory over MCP, so there's no doc to paste around. Not linking anything. Would you pay to have that handled, or is cleaning the doc once in a while fine?
