People who built apps with AI, what happened after you launched?

I've seen a lot of people building apps with Cursor, Lovable, Replit, etc., but not nearly as much discussion about what happens afterward. I'm curious about a few things: 1. Once you launched your app, what was the hardest part of keeping it running? 2. When something broke, how did you figure out what was wrong? Did you fix it yourself, ask AI, or hire someone? 3. How much time do you actually spend maintaining your app each week? Also curious if maintenance hasn't been a problem for you at all. Would love to hear from people who've actually shipped something, even if it's just a small side project.

i shipped a little tool for tracking design project hours last year. hardest part wasn't bugs, it was users doing things i never planned for. one person used it to track their cat's nap schedule and broke the weekly summary view. took me an hour to figure out why numbers weren't adding up. when stuff breaks i usually paste the error into the chat window and ask what might cause it. fixes the simple things maybe 70% of the time. the other 30% i just stare at the code until something clicks or roll back to a working version and try again. maintenance is maybe 2 hours a week now. first month was more like 10. it settles down once you stop adding features every 3 days

I have shipped 2 apps in app store, with help of AI in some Ui design and Functions but not built full app with AI. As long as you understand What, Why and How you doing, I think it will be much easier to maintain the app, and you have to maintain the app, even tho you used AI help to build and ship it otherwise after some time, Apple will remove the app from AppStore that hasnot been updated for a while.
