People who built apps with AI, what happened after you launched?

I've seen a lot of people building apps with Cursor, Lovable, Replit, etc., but not nearly as much discussion about what happens afterward. I'm curious about a few things: 1. Once you launched your app, what was the hardest part of keeping it running? 2. When something broke, how did you figure out what was wrong? Did you fix it yourself, ask AI, or hire someone? 3. How much time do you actually spend maintaining your app each week? Also curious if maintenance hasn't been a problem for you at all. Would love to hear from people who've actually shipped something, even if it's just a small side project.

The maintenance is the real kicker, not the launch. I shipped a little inventory tracker for my marathon club's gear and suddenly I was fielding questions about why the CSV export added extra commas on certain rows. Took three hours to realize a single stray quotation mark in a product name was the culprit. Now I spend maybe an hour a week on it, mostly adding small features people expect from a "real" app once they start relying on it. The biggest surprise was how much time I'd burn on edge cases I never considered during the build phase.
