Markets been stuck in mud for weeks now, feels like everyone's just waiting to see what happens My small caps been flatlining since late September, barely moving a nickel either direction. At this point I'm just scaling way back and catching up on other stuff til things shake loose Smart money always pulls back before big political uncertainty, seen it too many times to fight it. Better to preserve capital than force trades in a dead zone
