Mindful Prism – a free journal analysis app for iPhone that works without internet, everything runs on your iPhone, so you can use it in airplane mode.

Mindful Prism analyzes your journal entries and then forgets them. Bring in an entry any way you keep it: \- Type it \- Speak it with live transcription \- Import a PDF \- Scan a handwritten page Apple Intelligence analyzes it on your iPhone through five lenses: how you felt, themes, thinking patterns, values, and questions to sit with. Choose Quick or Deep analysis. Nothing is stored: no account, no server, no analytics, no history. When you close the app, your entry and its analysis are gone. Also included: \- A short guided breath before you write, in one of nine animated scenes \- A small mindfulness practice after each analysis \- A "Prism Print" image of your entry you can save or share if you choose \- Optional Mindful Minutes saved to Apple Health Good to know before downloading: \- iPhone only, requires Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or newer, iOS 26+) \- Very long imports are currently cut short Free on the App Store: \[https://apps.apple.com/us/app/mindful-pri…] Feedback welcome, especially on which lens is most useful. Forgetting every entry is a clear privacy promise, and it also decides which lens matters most: questions to sit with is the one people can carry away once the analysis is gone, so I would expect it to be the most useful. Feelings and themes mean more across weeks, which the app by design cannot show; the Prism Print may end up being the only history people keep, so it is worth letting it carry the question too. Putting the iPhone 15 Pro requirement on the first store screenshot would spare people a download their phone cannot run. By the way, I make ThreadFox: your AI researches, writes and publishes Reddit outreach from your Chrome within a job you authorize, and the free plan for Mindful Prism lists the Reddit communities whose rules allow a post about it: https://threadfox.vip/p/dbs2g Do people pick Quick or Deep more often?
