I'm doing an experiment to fully automate a Substack using GrokBot and subsequently turn it into fully passive income.

I have a number of Substack newsletters that take me a while to write for every week. I'm taking one of my newsletters, which is already fully AI generated and takes about an hour a week of work to create, and I set up Grok Bot to: 1. Write all of the posts (5x a week) 2. Generate all of the graphics (one per post) 3. Automatically insert compelling CTAs to subscribe and upgrade 4. Write promotional notes for the posts 5. Write random notes to gather subs and paid subs. 6. Randomly promote a Gumroad site with related PDFs to buy. Right now it has 353 free subs, 7 paid subs, and $144 ARR with a scattering of income from the Gumorad site. There are already about 200 posts on there, so it was able to learn the posting style. If I have an idea for a post, I tell the bot, and it throws it into the mix, but outside of that, I'm going to let it run and manage the entire thing, with zero maintenance from me. Will let you all know how it goes.

Curious how the bot handles subscriber replies or comments, or is it strictly broadcast mode. The zero maintenance part is bold but if the style is already locked in from 200 posts it might coast for a while.

Good catch. I just set up an alert to have to let me know if I received a reply on anything so I can engage. I'm going to try this for a bit, see how it goes, and then automate that as well if it works.
