YOU BUILD, I GROW (~$250K/MO APP FOUNDER WITH PROOF)

RevenueCat proof: https://verified.revenuecat.com/happyfieldgames We brought in over 100,000 users in September. Our existing consumer app business generated $238,550 over the last 28 days. That's the revenue behind the headline. We're now starting Happy Field Games, a mobile gaming company. I'll bring the growth side. The growth plan combines organic TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and App Store optimization with paid Meta ads, TikTok ads and Apple Search Ads. I'm looking for a monetization expert, particularly someone with deep mobile game experience, who can own that side of the product. Someone who's actually worked on live game economies, in-app purchases, rewarded ads, pricing, offers, subscriptions or paywalls, and can explain what they changed and what happened. The more direct experience, the better. I'm open to paid consulting, a founding partner, or both. Paid consulting budget is $150–$250/hour USD, remote and open worldwide. We'd agree on hours and deliverables before starting; partnership terms would be discussed directly. DM me with the apps or games you've worked on, your role, a couple of concrete results, and whether you're looking for paid work, a partnership, or both.

That revenue proof is a nice touch, not enough founders actually back up their numbers. I've been in product roles where the growth side was completely disconnected from monetization strategy and it always showed in the final numbers. Your user acquisition stack is basically what I'd build for a new mobile studio, the organic side especially gets overlooked way too often. The tricky part with game economies is that you can have perfect UA and still bleed cash if the conversion and retention levers arent tuned properly. Most of the failures I've seen came from treating IAP design as an afterthought instead of building it into the core loop from day one. For anyone reading this who's on the fence, $250/hr for someone who's actually shipped and iterated on live game economies is pretty standard consulting range. The partnership track is what makes this interesting though, getting in on the ground floor of a company that already has proof of concept on the growth side is rare. Hope you find someone who knows their way around a well structured battle pass.
