How to build a successful startup

What it's a successfull startup? And for me what's success with my own startup? This was my personal loop on the process of being a tech entrepreneur: Research 》Study 》Plan 》Build 》Test 》Improve. I always put th focus on real problem solving. I was wondering how to success as a tech entrepreneur. Which mentality I have to build? How much I have to listen my users? Should I listen to them or observe their behavior? My brain is a ocean of doubts and each steps is a new question. Isn't it amazing the fact that entrepreneurship make you a creator and a philosopher at the same time? What do you love most of being an entrepreneur?

It's less about listening to every single thing users say and more about spotting the gap between what they tell you and what they actually do. People are terrible at describing their own habits. The creator-philosopher thing is real though, half my day is existential dread and the other half is trying to make a button look slightly better. I think what I love most is that moment when something you built actually clicks for someone, you stop being a person and become a tiny utility in their life.
