Apple Extended Review Notice. Should I Be Worried?

Hey everyone, I recently received the following notice from Apple during the App Store review process: **Extended Review:** “This app was found to include one or more issues that present significant safety, security, or quality concerns to users. Repeated submissions of apps with these issues will result in extended review times. Accounts that repeatedly submit apps that do not follow the App Review Guidelines and the Apple Developer Program License Agreement face removal from the Apple Developer Program.” My initial build was reviewed within just one day but got rejected due to some content-related issues (Guideline 1.1). I fixed the issues, removed the flagged content, and submitted a new build. However, it’s been about a week now, and my app is still waiting for review. Has anyone received this exact notice before? Does this mean my app is officially under extended review, or is it just a general warning? Should I be concerned about my developer account being at risk? Also, how long did it take for your app to get reviewed after receiving this notice? Any insights or similar experiences would be really appreciated!
