Do you guys have any tips on how to build followers on social media for my clothing brand?

I own a clothing brand called Black Petals, which revolves around finding beauty in darkness and the idea that perfection is boring. Since I have school, I am able to post 3-4 ads a week on Insta and TikTok. However, most of my ads are all stuck on 300 views, no matter what I post. I post about my product, brand meaning, philosophy, me js talking about my brand to the camera, but I never get past 300 views and barely get any engagement. I have 24 followers on TikTok and 11 on Insta but most are family and friends after 1 month of posting. Does anybody have any tips?
