RackRadar is live — now figuring out how to find my first users

I’ve launched RackRadar, but I’m starting from zero users and trying to get things moving without spending on ads. It’s a tool for UK clothing resellers: save searches for Vinted and eBay, bring matching listings into one feed, and get phone alerts. One decision in the current version is how the price comparison works. It uses the median asking price of at least 10 similar active listings. That gives people a comparison, but it doesn’t tell them what an item actually sells for. Explaining that clearly is something I’m working through. The monthly plan is £7.99. My next challenge is finding out whether the alerts and time saved are valuable enough for people to pay for. For anyone who’s launched a paid product for a small audience: how did you find your first few relevant users, and what did their feedback change about your product? Here’s what I’ve built so far: RackRadar
