Which is the best value right now: NVDA, AMZN, GOOGL or META?

Which of these four offers the best value at today's prices? * Nvidia * Amazon * Alphabet * Meta I'm not talking strictly about P/E ratios, but the bigger picture: growth potential, moats, AI opportunities and future earnings. If you had to invest $1 million in just one of these for the next 10 years, which would you pick and why?

    The answer is always Alphabet.

    Why so?

Nvidia. What do you think will power the whole of future of human replacement? (hint: it’s not alphabet)

    Amazon. Easily too.

    Amazon.

Google, fortress, growth, diversity, insane balance sheet. Next Q they’ll hit $1T in assets on their balance sheet. Amazon would be my second bet, then NVDA. All three are exceptional and will be here in 50Y. META is “cheaper” and a cash printer, but its impact on society has not gone unnoticed. I expect them to carry the most risk over the next decade of the four. That said, it was a great buy at \~$500ish earlier this year and I absolutely have an allocation.

Forget those. QCOM Is the cheapest.

Faxx. Qcom being overlooked but their chips will be in robotics and self driving cars.

I love Amazon, but the market doesn't. It might change, do you think they'll have a dip pre/post earnings, be nice to buy more

Alphabet. Many ways to win, GCP, YouTube, Waymo, Search, Gemini, TPUs, stakes in Anthropic and SpaceX. Also, some “minor business” like chromebooks, pixel phones, google doc suite, etc.

They have so much going on it’s like investing in a ETF.

    Alphabet and Amazon

I don't know, which is why I only own them as part of index funds. I also happen to think that none of them are particularly compelling compared to the numerous value opportunities outside of the technology sector.

There are too many unknowns. I can guarantee you nobody in this subreddit can answer your question

    Amazon for sure

Google and Nvidia. Google is vertically integrated controlling the entire stack, and likely the 'brain' of robotics. Nvidia wants to be the OS of AI (Cuda). Amazon is getting involved in satellites, has a massive distribution network (the company is well run which is why everyone uses it), designing their own custom chips, and like Musk, is creating a parent company all subsidiaries will likely be enveloped within (called Prometheus). They'll utilize robotics at scale. But the problem is that the capex will be high. There's a lot of overhead. Meta I just don't like. I don't buy Zuckerborg, and he's shown with the Metaverse that he's a moron when he isn't stealing other people's ideas. Meta glasses are cool I guess but unless patented I don't think it's a moat others can't copy (ie. Google Glass).

    NVIDIA most undervalued right now.

    Google is overvalued.

Alphabet, Amazon, Nvidia and Meta, in this order

Alphabet, and it's not close. You're basically buying an ETF with a search monopoly attached. Meta is the cheapest but the regulatory overhang is real, and NVDA's value case depends on capex staying insane forever.
  27. u/FoxAccomplished6786 OP 1 22 hours ago
If search was intact, I'd agree but is search a monopoly anymore?

I own alphabet and have same question

As Value, Meta. The problem with Meta is called Mark Zuckerberg. But only considering the current business, it's unbeatable.

I think at some point in time meta is going to fall off. They're main product is a people that are walking up to the fact that they're the product. But I said that 5 years ago and I was wrong. But, of the companies mentioned, they have the weakest long term. As people moved from MySpace to Facebook, they'll move to the next better thing. No moat and a very fragile product that should be "one more" negative publicity situation away from implosion. I can't believe people still use meta online (fb,ig,) after all the lawsuits, empirical data towards its negativity to the person and world, and complete enshitification of the algorithm.

Difficult one tbh, I am thinking full port googl at the moment. Trying to buy a leap
  32. u/paradox8999 1 22 hours ago
I don’t see how META differentiates itself at all from other tech companies besides having a deep moat with ads and social media data and a bunch of AI nerds. Everyone is developing AI agents and AI glasses but I guess if they can do it the best they win

Compared to historical p/e amazon is cheapest i believe it had underperformed its peers in past few years.
